We are charged with developing scalable processes for determining business priorities, standardizing processes, informing the project planning of nearly two dozen software development teams, setting the design standards for all applications, user training, and company-wide communication. RSPM works regularly with application customers in the Seattle, London, Paris, Munich, Beijing, and Tokyo offices. Senior Program Manager Role: Work as a liaison between the software developers and the application users to improve functionality and usability of programs. Develop and deliver training programs to help retail teams to most effectively use the programs to enhance and streamline business processes. Work with retail teams worldwide to determine the country nuances that need to be incorporated into retails systems applications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously (retail systems currently works with over 93 applications). Drive process rationalization to increase automation, outsourcing, & move workflows to be exception driven. Qualifications Key attributes of success in this position: Great listener.
