He/she provides leadership and oversees the business and finance functions of the University including the budget office, office of business services, grants administration, human resources, purchasing the bookstore, EEO wage and salary office, and the information technology center. Essential functions include overseeing fiscal policies and internal controls; disbursements, receivables, and debt; institution compliance with regulatory agencies; financial accounting systems; facility planning and development; information technology, and grants and contracts.
