Job Description:
Reverse Mortgage Manager Primary Responsibilities Include: . Conducting sales calls on Senior consumers and their advisors to solicit Reverse Mortgage business and complete and submit quality loan packages . Providing product and industry knowledge to consumers and the advisor network . Advising potential borrowers on appropriate loan programs and the loan process and educate and assist the senior in the consumer buying process . Recruitment sales personnel including hiring, firing, training, reviewing and disciplinary actions . Training office personnel in office business development techniques, including pre-qualification calls and inbound and outbound origination activities . Ensuring all office personnel are proficient and efficient in sales and loan origination activities in accordance with company policies and practices . Reviewing and coaching activities and production results with Reverse Mortgage sales and management team on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to assess their effectiveness and success . Monitoring and updating plan goals and provide summary reports to senior management on the status of Strategic Plan initiatives, sales efforts and production . Under the guidance of the ASM or RVP developing and implementing the Office Business Development Plan . Providing feedback on the effectiveness of the Marketing and Business Development Programs.
