Job Description:

Business Analyst with Preferably with 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance related roles such as financial planning and analysis, process improvement and project management. The candidate will play a key role providing support to the General Manager (GM) of the sales district. Will work with the GM and district leadership team to set tactical and strategic direction for the district. Will be responsible for defining and implementing a financial measurement model that supports and enhances the GM's ability to manage sales in the geography. Manage the monthly sales forecasting process for the district and conduct analysis of variances to plan and forecast. Drive the annual revenue planning process for the district. Provide oversight and support for headcount and operating expenses and ensure the district complies with all Microsoft accounting policies. Partner with the GM to identify sales opportunities and create tools that can be used by the district to exploit these opportunities. Provide analysis and advice to support the GM on business issues in the district and support the sales team in achieving revenue and profitability goals. Perform routine and ad hoc financial analysis for the controller.
