Job Description:

The IT Project Manager will be the first responder to incoming project requests requiring IT resources. They are responsible for facilitating, planning, and coordinating all business departmental and Internal IT Projects requiring IT resources. They will assist in analyzing all projects involving IT resources and assure compliance with standard project planning guidelines while maintaining alignment with IT objectives and corporate priorities. They advise IT Management of over/ under allocated staff, missed target dates, potential risks and/or budgetary concerns. They are also responsible for writing project status reports and for project documentation.The IT Project Manager will be responsible for developing and enhancing core project management disciplines within IT and evangelizing these practices/technologies throughout the Corporation. Engages IT management and business owners in discussions on prioritization and estimated completion dates with the aim to successfully deliver all critical requirements in an acceptable timeframe within IT resource constraints.
