Job Description:
This candidate will also serve as a liaison between the customer service department and sales, product management, business operations and technology departments. Responsibilities: Implement customer service strategies pertaining to improving and/or customer satisfaction with Z57 products and services Maintain client retention metrics within Z57 guidelines Implement sales strategies pertaining to incremental sales/services that are consistent with Z57's overall campaigns and objectives Ensure identified service levels are met by analyzing call center data, budgeting and executing appropriate staffing levels, and making daily operational decisions necessary to achieve desired standards Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to and review the work of department leads and staff in order to accomplish operational plans and results Set challenging goals, delegate and coordinate effectively and motivate staff to achieve department results Establish and maintain an environment where new ideas and solutions to problems are encouraged, evaluated and implemented Ensure that associates are properly trained in all aspects of customer service Coordinate with the various departments within Z57 to maximize profit potential, ensure cost reductions, and provide excellent service and sales Handle escalated customer calls Reports to Director, Business Operations Requirements: B.S./B.A. - Business Administration or the equivalent preferred. Related work experience will be considered in lieu of education requirement.
