Job Description:
Responsibilities: Execute customer service strategies pertaining to improving and/or customer satisfaction with Z57 products and services Maintain client retention metrics within Z57 guidelines Implement sales strategies pertaining to incremental sales/services that are consistent with Z57's overall campaigns and objectives Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to and review the work of call center staff in order to achieve defined goals and objectives Establish and maintain an environment where new ideas and solutions to problems are encouraged, evaluated and implemented Ensure that associates are properly trained in all aspects of customer service Handle escalated customer calls Reports to Senior Manager of Customer Service Requirements: B.S./B.A. - Business Administration or the equivalent preferred. Related work experience will be considered in lieu of education requirement. Requires 3 - 5 years customer service industry experience Requires 2 - 4 years in customer service management Basic understanding of the Real Estate industry Intermediate understanding of Internet principles and usage Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening. Ability to present and sell effectively in front of an audience. Ability to handle competing demands and multi-tasking required Self motivated, self-starting Positive, results-oriented attitude PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
