Prime focus is a Project Manager with securities back office skills. Current tool the client is using for their back office books and records is Beta TTS (Thomson Transaction Services).Responsibilities:- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to stakeholders.- Effectively apply EPM methodology and enforce project standards.- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.- Minimize exposure and risk on project.- Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.- Facilitate team and stakeholder meetings effectively.Required Skills/Experience:- Strong experience with securities and retail brokerage.- Securities back office skills.- Experience with Beta TTS (Thomson Transaction Services) or similar tool.
