Job Description:
The ideal person will serve as a senior consultant and subject matter expert on human resources issues and may serve as the on-site program manager. This person will work closely with the SI senior leadership team, other Senior Project managers, and the Human Capital Practice Manager to build the client relationship and identify business development opportunities. The ideal person will be part of a collaborative engagement team that provides practical as well as innovative solutions to help our clients meet their Human Capitol goals and responsibilities. Required Skills Advises management on the development of strategic human capital policy and programs Facilitates a shared vision and urgency for changes by clarifying how the changes will help the organization meet business goals and by articulating the benefits of change Develops project and task plans, cost estimates, and work schedules Determine staffing requirements and coordinate staff assignments Ensures that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Ensures deliverables meet quality and timeliness requirements as required by the contract and as established in task plans Advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project History of CRM (customer relationship management ) and the ability to establish partnerships with business leaders and human capital peers Excellent consultative, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills Proven project management and execution skills Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects and/or guides others in project planning and management Required Experience 10 or more years experience in human resources: performance management including pay for performance systems, compensation, classification, and rewards (experience with pay banded compensation systems preferred.
