Engineering design function of the Cooperative in order to ensure all distribution facilities are designed and constructed in accordance with RUS and NESC standards; ensure compliance with the Cooperative's rate schedules and line extension policies; and ensure engineering personnel provide excellent and efficient customer service. Must be fully knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of electric distribution and transmission system design and in the interpretation and administration of company policies and procedures pertaining to electric distribution design. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
