Always focussed on Driving Profits, Cash Management and Expense Control. POSITION We are in need of a Corporate Controller / Chief Financial Officer. This position, however, is not for someone who does not want to roll up his/her sleaves. This position will function as follows: Active Business Manager for the Huntington Beach Dealership - supervising a staff of 3 Office personnel, one Cashier and to Receptionists. Supervise Activities and operations of both Tustin Mazda & Huntington Beach Mazda with the assistance of the current Office Manager at Tustin Mazda. Perform Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Accounting functions for the dealership - including, but not limited to, Closing Monthly Financial Statement, Conducting Periodic Internal Audits, Working with Dealership Accounting Agency and Maximizing Dealership Profits by understanding Accounting Policies. Serve as CFO for a hands on Dealer Principal who has an MBA in Finance and believes that no job, no matter how small, is below himself and his Management Team (this includes taking out the trash, moving cars, washing cars ... you get the picture). Assist Dealer Principal and COO during demolitoin and construction of Huntington Beach Mazda - 7/08 - 10/08. Note - business will be open during construction. Willingness to do whatever it takes to perform at the highest level. QUALIFICATIONS CPA is preferred .
