Surveillance the systems automatically identify and classify moving ground and shallow-water targets, contributing to national security objectives to safeguard borders, littoral regions and valuable assets from acts of terrorist. We operate on a 9/80 work schedule, all employees work 80 hrs in 9 days and have every other Friday off. Position Summary The Program Manager will be responsible for the program performance on development, production, and logistics contracts for both international and domestic markets. Emphasis will be on command & control, situational awareness and other software systems. As such, the Program Managersprimary responsibilities will include, but are not limited t Ensure proper staffing and execution of program within cost and schedule constraints; Plan, coordinate and conduct internal and customer program and design reviews; Manage program scope changes and customer expectations; Brief Management, prime contractor and Government personnel on program status and performance; Maintain an on-going program of risk identification and risk mitigation plans; Cultivate follow-on and new business; Proposal support and/or lead. Duties and Responsibilities Provide overall program management, co-ordination and direction to teams.
