Description: Manager in a group that researches technical accounting issues and proposed accounting standards. The group has an active role consulting with business units on accounting matters, including providing training on existing and new accounting regulations. Research complex technical accounting issues including treasury transactions, Summarize, communicate and assist with implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Consult with corporate personnel, business units and external auditors on accounting matters (ie: related to acquisitions, divestitures, financial reporting, etc.). Assist with formal accounting training for global finance organization. Oversee listing of existing derivatives and documentation supporting hedge accounting. Requirements.
