The position will manage a team of Reliability engineers, and be responsible for ensuring appropriate test plan development and execution, the appropriate analysis of failures, communication of risk to design teams and sr. management, and involvement with the design teams in developing appropriate corrective actions.The role will require the following skills:Understanding of and practical experience in reliability testing at device level, consumer or enterprise level products.Strong understanding of Reliability statistics and product life cycles.Development of new test standards and specifications.HALT/HASSThermal and vibration testingVerify product functionality over time and the intended customer usage pattern.Leveraging the OEM qualification modelStrong interpersonal skills (required to establish and maintain inter-departmental relationships)Leadership skills/mentoring skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills.BSEE/ME or technical degree with relevant experience,and 5+ years experience in technical role. Management experience is a plus.
