Actively participates in divisional strategic planning. Key Responsibilities o Manage the facilitys financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely data to local and corporate management. o Develop, analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information in order to evaluate operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the financial and operating effectiveness of the company. o Interpret financial data for management use in business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement in both plant operations and support processes impacting business effectiveness. o Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and be a key contributor in the annual strategic planning process. o Effectively manage and develop the accounting /finance department staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and maintaining superior standards for accuracy and efficiency o Implement and maintain internal controls in line with corporate standards, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements o Performs other related duties & participates in special projects as assigned. Qualifications o Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA or MBA preferred; prior printing industry experience ideal. o 7+ years related experience in a manufacturing accounting environment.
