Our Rotary Business Are a Team is looking for a results oriented program manager with effective communication and leadership skills who has the ability to focus on completing tasks in a timely manner to serve as the Leader of the Management team assigned to a program or programs in an IPT environment. Responsibilities include planning, directing, controlling and coordinating financial as well as engineering activities for the program or programs assigned, and for achieving financial and technical objectives. The program manager will define operational direction and institute remedial action(s) in order to satisfy customer requirements while achieving project specific sales targets/goals; gross margin targets; percent delivery on-time; bookings targets/goals; and customer satisfaction.
