Job Description:
Small internet based business is looking for an outstanding general corporate/IP paralegal to assist the General Counsel (and sole attorney in the company) in all general legal and administrative matters. Candidate should have knowledge and experience in the areas of internet based laws, HR/employment, contracts, management and enforcement of trademarks and domains, and corporate governance matters. Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, analytical, and organizational skills, and the ability to work with others in a fast paced dynamic environment. Paralegal certificate and legal department experience is preferred but not mandatory.
