Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals has an immediate need for a Web Quality Assurance Tester for our client, an award winning interactive agency and Internet software development company with services in design, information architecture, and software engineering, located in Bethesda, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and conduct manual and automated testing scripts for our software applications.
• Ensure quality on custom application development efforts.
• Work within a modified Extreme Programming methodology.
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience as a Q/A Tester.
• Experience with web-based applications.
• Expeirence testing in Java Applications and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with source control and other software engineering best practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise manner.
• Ability to collaborate easily with others.
