Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals has an immediate need for a Software Support/Trainer for our client, an award winning interactive agency and Internet software development company with services in design, information architecture, and software engineering, located in Bethesda, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer in-bound support calls and emails.
• Answer questions regarding usage of our software products.
• Provide online training.
Job Requirements:
• Willingness to learn to provide in-person trainings in a classroom setting.
• Help with Quality Assurance and provide feedback to improve our product offerings.
• Ability to write technical documentation a major plus.
