Job Description:
Our client, a large organization in the food industry requires an IT Help Desk Support Representative for a summer vacation fill in. Training is for July 16, 17, and 18 with work commencing from July 22 to August 5. Toronto location.

Job Requirements:
Requirements include

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

IT help desk support experience

Experience with follow up and resolution of up to level 3 issues

Documenting skills

Rate of pay is $15 per hour
