Job Description:
East side Cleveland company is seeking a Payroll Analyst. Position is responsible for processing deductions, fringe benefits, back-up payroll processing, including employee maintenance and reporting for all payrolls. This position supports the Payroll Operations staff with day-to-day payroll applications, tasks, assignments, and situational processing for all payrolls.
Additional duties include processing and responding to court orders, review and update W-4/W-5 forms, establish payroll tax accounts and work with outside payroll tax service. Process hourly and salaried payroll and manual checks, including reversals and voids. Complete employee verifications, reports and inquiries. Will service as a contact person for all employees.
Special projects include payroll audits and year end reconciliation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, CPP preferred.
