Description Job Summary and Mission:As a Supervisor/Technical Expert Performance Engineer in the Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI) group you establish network, systems, and application performance metrics, as well as problem isolation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:* You will work with enterprise software products, preferably in Internet-related technologies. * Provide excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box. * Partner with the design engineering teams and partner with multi-disciplinary, cross -organizational teams on required performance improvements and to diagnose, analyze, recreate, and troubleshoot identified enterprise and web application.
