The cutover manager may be involved in one or more types of projects.Key Responsibilities:- Software upgrades/enhancements; Support.- Troubleshoot for delivery of hardware/software data platform initiatives, - New application delivery; hardware upgrades or replacements; branch platform integration initiatives (including expansions, consolidations, new branch openings); - Technology assurance projects (including on-site branch wellness visits)and other firm wide technology initiatives as required. - Project involvement typically centers on execution of the project plan, beginning in the pilot phase and continuing through the completion of the project. Requirements - Minimum 1 year Industry/IT experience. - High School degree is required/Bachelor's degree or technical certification preferred - Fundamental telecommunications, networking and client/server knowledge required, NT - Excellent customer service skills.
