Retrieve and track LTD products received from the Prime Contractor for technical processing and coordinate the specific review audience with the NAVSEA Technical Point of Contact; assemble review products, obtain reproductions and distribute review products for technical and editorial comments in accordance with documented procedures; maintain status of LTD product distribution and coordination of comment submission; assemble and distribute final approval packages for LTD products; perform archiving of completed LTD products; and provide copies of completed LTD products to the NAVSEA 07 Technical Information Center as an interim step pending the issuance of the electronic version of the specific LTD products. Additional duties include: maintain the LTD Team CD-ROM Catalogs; conduct Quality Assurance verification of the incorporation of comments by the Prime Contractor in completed LTD products prior to final distribution of the LTD products; and assist in the generation of formal Navy correspondence, including letters, transmittals and memorandums. Position requires frequent interface with the Navy customer and the coordination of tasks with Program Office representatives, Navy Participating Managers, Field Activities, and other contractors and Navy activities. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business / Logistics or related field.
