Job Description:
Manage the resolution of architecture and operations problems. * Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project deadlines. * Coordinate communications, issue resolution, implementation and testing plans, training plans and successful transition to support and maintenance teams of architecture and operations activities. * Manage architecture and operations activities to ensure the computing infrastructure is used efficiently and produces a long term business benefit. * Plan and manage technical architecture and operations projects; ensure business deliverables are committed, communicated clearly, and delivered on time. * Assist and lead project members in analyzing and resolving computer infrastructure challenges. * Research, evaluate and take responsibility for implementing solutions to architectural and operational needs of the business. * Produce and maintain project documentation and provide appropriate communications for responsibilities assigned. * Maintain and apply current knowledge of information technology; keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and help determine if/how they can be used to add value to the business. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in the application of information technologies to business solutions) * At least 3 additional years of experience in the implementation of information technology to address business needs
