Projects to be constructed include, but are not limited to Command and Control Facilities, Headquarters, control towers, housing/barracks, etc. NAF/AAFES Interchange Agreement eligibles. Veterans and preference eligibles under Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998. (VEOA) Veterans eligible as 30% Disabled Veterans. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) eligibles. Family member employees eligible under Executive Order . Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) eligibles. Defense Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration Interchange eligible.NSPS Position: This position is covered by the National Security Personnel System. You will supervise and manage the District's role in executing the Air Force and DoD program throughout the life-cycle. Supervises all operations for multiple Air Force and DoD Teams, who provide a broad range of life-cycle project management and technical services support in the execution of the District's role in planning, design and construction management of the Air Force and DoD Program mission.
