Job Description:
Research new and existing products that meet customers' needs, making recommendations to business bankers/account representatives. Complete due diligence on prospects, to include trade reference verification, credit reports, and industry/company research. Spread and analyze financial information. Assist loan analysis unit in ensuring prospective client has the credit history and financial ability to payback loan. Review all pertinent credit and financial information, determining the need for a more thorough investigation or additional information. Prepare summary, presenting facts and offer opinions concerning credit worthiness. Coordinate preparation of documents for loan closings. Coordinate annual review process including receipt of financial statements and loan analysis. Provide customer support with inquiries, problems and new requests. Monitor loan activity; audit status reports for delinquencies, covenant compliance and exceptions. Prepare monthly portfolio projections and budget summaries; assist in annual regional budgeting process. Perform other related assignments/projects as requested by management. The incumbent works very closely with business bankers and account representatives in all aspects of the loan process. The incumbent is responsible for The incumbent works under general supervision. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or the equivalent in work experience. Minimum six years business banking/commercial experience.
