Job Description:
Flexible to quickly adapt to new project environment, PMP and experienced with structured PMO environment. Good communicators. Working with Business Clients, AD support, EE/EO and other support groups within IT to define requirements and determine impact on current and future technologies. Managing Program resource Supply and Demand by coordinating across individual projects and regions to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met. Managing all phases of the project delivery life cycle and provides program and individual project status reports and statistics using the Comprehensive Delivery Process (CDP) and Portfolio Approval Council (PAC) processes. Managing and escalating program/project issues. Providing the primary interface for given project initiative between the Business Partners, Development and the Technology and the Infrastructure organizations. Sustaining strong ongoing relationships with client project sponsors and senior management during projects. Standardizing and monitoring the project management methodologies. Ability to use negotiation skills to achieve project outcomes around issues, scope, schedule, costs/budget and resources.
