Job Description:
Supervise the preparation of financial projections to support investment banking engagements including: financial modeling, comparable company, transaction multiple or deal structure analyses to support deal positioning, negotiation and execution. - Coordinate the development of memoranda, presentation materials, and marketing materials. - Lead marketing discussions with investors. - Supervise research to support transaction positioning and recommendations to enhance shareholder value. - Maintain appropriate procedures and records to ensure conformity with compliance and regulatory requirements. Basic Skills Required: - Advanced proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations - Excellent working knowledge of financial models. - Able to handle a high-level of responsibility while maintaining a team oriented environment. - Strong analytical, written and verbal skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - 5-8 yrs commercial banking, investment banking, or closely related credit experience Ideal Skills: - Prior Investment Banking and or Capital Markets experience. - MBA
