The FC Manager is the key driver of margin growth in a Financial Center through balanced performance with respect to reducing expenses, increasing revenue, maintaining key customer relationships and building the business through referrals. Develop, communicate and implement a sales strategy that produces a predictable and sustainable income stream for the Financial Center and leverages the full product array available for new sales opportunities and cross-selling to existing customer base. Responsible for bottom line growth of Financial Center quarter over quarter/year over year. Fulfill investment supervisory responsibilities with respect to review of investment applications, blotters, monthly/quarterly compliance requirements, regulatory requirements and all related activities. Specifications / Qualifications BA/BS degree in business (preferred), minimum 3 years previous management experience in banking or financial service. Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead others. Strong people, process and project management skills. Proven ability to deliver sales results through others. Passion for meeting needs of clients/staff. Risk taker with proven ability to manage business risk. Appreciation for operational priorities and sensitivity to compliance requirements. Full range of Human Resources skills: hiring, developing, coaching and performance management.
