Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 10 years of progressive experience in managing client relationships and complex, multi-discipline project teams, including in-house and consultant personnel. This position requires strong leadership skills in the development and mentoring of staff, effective communication and team building. The position also requires effective time management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your success will include the ability to manage project delivery of large, complex projects, and provide excellent P&L performance. The ability to develop marketing strategies for project pursuits, and identify and develop long-term client relationships in the target market areas will also be important to your success. This position requires daily interaction with project team members, leadership of team meetings, development and maintenance of project delivery schedules and creation and supervision of detailed project management plans. Extensive interaction with client representatives and various user groups as well as continuous management and oversight of project financial performance, development of specific project pursuits and preparation of technical proposals is also required.
