Skills/Qualifications: Project Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Developing Standards, People Management, Legal Compliance, Documentation Skills, Civil Project Management, Problem Solving, Estimating, Customer Service, Safety Management Minimum Qualifications include Bachelors of Science in Civil and/or Structural Engineering by U.S. or equivalent internationally accredited University program and demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing complex marine projects. International project management experience is preferred.
