Support finance and operational leaders to understand the transfer price implications of transactions. Prepare and analyze financial and economic data, identify, support and assess inter-company transactions *Prepare Written Functional Analysis for Affiliates Statutory Transfer Pricing Documentation. *Review transfer price FIN48 risk. Develop and drive consistent and effective implementation of new accounting standards that impact transfer pricing *Maintain SOX 404 documentation and perform compliance testing for applicable transfer pricing processes Review and lead the efforts to develop market research, database development, and economic, business and statistical analysis to both establish transfer prices and support our transfer price policy. *Assist in the development of strategy for local country revenue authority transfer pricing audits *Support acquisition integration. *Drive efficient utilization of software tools, processes and procedures for calculating transfer price. Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas *Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications 10 years of Public Accounting experience or 5 years Public Accounting and 5 years in Industry *Understanding of GE operating mechanisms & financial management practices *Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows *Strong understanding of financial compliance: FIN 48, SOX, GAAP, IFRS *Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
