Job Description:
You will provide practical guidance on establishing new ventures and contracts, structuring foreign transactions in a tax-efficient manner, managing global effective tax rates, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. You will network extensively with existing and prospective clients, as well as with peers in an international network of accounting firms, and assume a high degree of responsibility and exposure within our firm. You should have, at a minimum, a BA/BS degree and be a C.P.A. or have an Enrolled Agent Certification, or similar relevant designation. It is preferred that you also have a MS in Taxation or JD / LLM in Taxation. You will need a strong technical background as a result of at least eight years of overall tax experience and a preference of five years of international tax strategy experience. This experience should be within a professional services firm or industry. You will need to be able to aggressively market our services to existing and prospective clients.
