Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day to day guidance to a regional feasibility team supporting strategic and tactical guidance from the Director so as to efficiently and effectively collect, analyze and interpret feasibility data and other relevant information to allow for the development of evidence-based planning associated with the implementation and conduct of clinical trials. Effectively network with other throughout Covance to ensure relevant input to project strategies, especially regarding feasibility and patient recruitment. Build and manage tools/processes relevant to feasibility assessments and patient recruitment campaigns. Work with line manager and relevant business development staff and operational leaders to assist in the design of innovative, but practical and fiscally responsible strategies for inclusion in relevant business development documents and for use in the successful implementation and conduct of clinical trial programs for clients. Provide relevant training to staff with the Feasibility Team and to other throughout Covance and present at relevant client/industry meetings as may be required. Engage with project teams at key time points in the project lifecycle to provide updated data, and other relevant information to further enhance the ability of the team to be successful in their implementation and conduct of a clinical trial(s). Remain current with industry innovations and advances, especially pertaining to investigator/site matters so as to include relevant advances and technology into the design of trial strategies, especially in the areas of feasibility, patient recruitment and retention. Line management responsibility for the recruitment, training, utilization, development and performance review of assigned personnel.B. Language Skills Required:
