We are searching for individuals with specific profiles to be considered. 1. Bachelors Degree - Technical Preferred 2. Experience in hands on use of Lean Manufacturing Techniques and tools, Lean Implementation and continuous improvement 3. Proven Results as a leader and people developer 4. Stable, Progressive work history 5. Experience in a manufacturing operation required. The selected individual will be in a exciting work environment, with multiple manufacturing steps in the process. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the use of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techinques for improving the entire process. They will work with leadership training and direction, scheduling, improving through-put, scrap reduction, productivity enhancements and other lean applications while tracking results in a metrics based environment.
