Job Description:
B.E. Meyers is an innovative, high-tech Pacific Northwest manufacturer of electro-optical devices primarily for the military market. The company is located in Redmond and has been in business for over 30 years. We're looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with a good mix of analog and digital skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
-Oversees product development from concept to manufacturing release.
-Designs robust portable battery-powered electronics devices with embedded microprocessors.
-Conducts schematic capture and analog SPICE simulation
-Oversees PCB layout and verifies designs.
-Supervises Electronics Technicians during test, verification and debug of electrical circuits.
-Coordinates with manufacturing personnel in supporting new and legacy products.
-Minimal travel required.

Job Requirements:
-BSEE Degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience
-Familiarity with designing to military standards such as MIL-STD-461E or MIL-STD-810F a plus.
-Ability to rapidly prototype new concepts and respond to changing market conditions.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills with standard laboratory equipment.
-Team player with excellent communication, documentation and leadership skills.
-Familiarity with Mentor's DxDesigner and PADS for CAD.
-Familiarity with programming in C language.
-Familiarity with standard MS Windows applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
-US Citizenship required for Security Clearance.
