As a Supervisor II in the Pharmaceutical Analysis department, your main duties will be to supervise the activities of scientific and operational staff within our Pharmaceutical Analysis (PA) department. The PA department is responsible for determining the storage conditions and expiration in addition to the method development/validation, stability and release work of pharmaceutical products. Growth and development opportunities: Schedules staff and assigns resources. Identifies resource needs and coordinates installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and space. Acts as a mentor to other staff. Reviews cost estimates; compiles and provides revenue and forecast information to appropriate staff. Assures staff compliance to SOPs and other regulatory guidelines. Develops appropriate training plans for your staff. Develops expertise in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex equipment or software. Performs general human resources responsibilities. Establishes and leads teams to identify process improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement action plans towards these improvements.
