Job Description:
Assess and select best options for content creation (make vs. buy), content delivery (HQ vs. Remote) and Tracking/documentation (central LMS vs. other). * Manage appropriate internal and external resources to design and/or deliver curriculum. * Create metrics to track and assess progress against desired state. * Benchmark world-class training development programs, both in and outside of the healthcare industry. * Support retention by integrating competency modeling and training offerings into potential career paths for Clinical Service employees. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of successful field leadership Experience * Demonstrated expertise in the technology and leadership of training and development in a corporate environment * Exemplary leadership and management skills * Willingness and ability to travel 20% * Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team * Ability to communicate effectively across the organization * Establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, leaders and customers, displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view Desired * Previous Service experience in the Healthcare industry * Master's Degree in Education * Demonstrated leadership experience in a distributed, field-based organization * Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Can easily adapt to new assignments, systems and tools * Learn and apply new initiatives to plans and strategy General GE Healthcare provides transformational medical technologies that are shaping a new age of patient care.
