Job Description:
Identifying business opportunities within focus accounts based on an in-depth understanding of client needs. - Managing multiple engagements, balancing client expectations, workload, and timelines. - Preparing and presenting results to Sr. Pharmaceutical and Biotech management personnel. - Delivering on time, on-budget provision of client deliverables for assigned engagements. - Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations for new business - Leading core engagement team and facilitate team's ability to lead extended/complete engagement. - Defining and managing engagement resource needs and establish contingency plans for key resources. - Ensuring successful design, implementation, tracking and revision of engagement plans for assigned engagements. - Promoting effective teamwork among engagement team members within practice areas and offices. Resolve conflicts as needed. - Ensuring appropriate communication on engagement-related matters with the Account Executive and Clients. - Establishing excellent working relationships with client engagement teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree is required. - An MBA or PhD degree is preferred. - 4+ years of pharmaceutical experience required. - Knowledge of and experience working with pharmaceutical and/or medical industry data Capable of developing cross-functional relationships within an organization.
