Job Description:
The company specializes in bridge design, analysis, rehabilitation, roadway design, and construction engineering. This person will provide planning support, easement research, and implementation to the Engineering group. There is some travel involved as the position requires field work with site visitation, coordination of surveyors, and visitation to construction sites to resolve landowner issues. Candidates in this position will handle all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, and zoning. In order to be considered, applicants must have a BS Degree with at least 5 years of experience-some of your ROW experience must be in either VA or WV. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access are a must! A great work environment including benefits and paid time off await the right candidate.
