The PM provides hands-on and thought leadership for the Financial Management (FM) services and Human Capital Management (HCM) areas within Public sector & and manages client executive relationships. The AP will lead pursuits with Public Sector clients and manage the delivery of Oracle Application implementations. He/she will provide strong functional knowledge/support of the Financial and HR/PR applications for Oracle and PeopleSoft implementation projects. This position requires 100% travel. Prefer a centralized location near a major airport within central or northeast US A . Other required skills include: business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management, track record of sales within oracle applications services, public sector sales and delivery focus in recent 5 years, large complex consulting client management experience at VP level, hands-on development deliverables defined by formal structured methodology.
