Job Description:
Seeking experienced Project Managers with proven track record in the design of commercial, institutional and residential projects. Oversees design of structural systems and subsystems for significant buildings according to stress analysis and estimated load requirements for reinforced, pre-stressed concrete and structural steel. Confers, verbally and in writing, with owners, architects and engineers in designing and drafting projects to determine functional and spatial requirements, and specifications. Acts as Project Leader for high-rise buildings, requiring the independent management, coordination and scheduling of these projects. Coordinates and performs advanced finite element modeling, including dynamic (transient and harmonic) and material and geometric non-linearity.
