Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field, or equivalent experience.10 years of job-related experience, including design and construction management of heavy civil projects, as well as with dams, Hazmat and NYC DEP projects.PE License in the State of New York.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000).Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Valid Driver's License.Must obtain negative result on drug screening performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.
