Job Description:
Lead team members and technical resources in the team development process, supported by facilitator as needed. * Mentor/resource for Team Leader trainee and Team Leader I. * Leads and coordinates activities of support group team members. * Develop department budgets. Ensure the accuracy of supporting documentation i.e. standards, routings and spending history. * Responsible to teach using available resources: * GMP * Safety * Product Use * Product construction * Process * Bard business * Quality * Evaluate team performance and provide team and technical resource individuals with effective and appropriate feedback. * Encourage individual employee growth. * Support the accomplishment of plant goals and objectives thru special tasks and projects. * Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas such as the following: Planning, equipment, engineering, product, or process. * Strong knowledge and utilization of support functions and resources to strengthen our Management System. * Lead team members/technical resources in the accomplishment of plant tactics/CIPS.
