Job Description:
The individual will be responsible for daily operational functions for the investment management business groups in Delaware. Responsibilities may include reconciliation, account reporting, income processing, journal processing, wire processing. Specific job responsibilities for operation positions include: 1. Perform and coordinate processing of trades and cash-flows timely and accurately. 2. Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies between the JPM accounting records and the custodians / record keepers. 3. Cap-stock reporting to notify accurate shares to fund accounting 4.Review the integrity of manually entered information. 5. Notify custodians of trades and prices.6. Process trades for JPMorgan Funds 7. Process wires and checks for Institututional clients 8. Observe and execute departmental controls to guarantee the reliability of processing. 9. Respond to inquiries and follow up on all issues to completeness. 10. Communicate with various operational groups, clients and management. * Business degree in accounting or finance or related work experience. * Strong Interpersonal and Team Oriented Skills,Client focus. * Ability to handle inquiries quickly and accurately * Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business and technological needs * Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills with a dedication to detail and control * Strong sense of responsibility and self initiative.
