Responsible for providing information, tracking improvement and actively participating with profitability teams in the continuous improvement of the cost structure with the branch in order to achieve budgeted levels of cost improvements. Information Technology * As a member of senior management, communicates the needs and direction of the company to the IT group and assures it is responsive to the broad needs of the company. Provides leadership by helping to sell programs and by removing roadblocks. General Management and Organizational Development * Acts as a team leader on continuous improvement events in all facets of the organization. * Presents financial data to the entire organization on a quarterly basis and to the management team on a regular basis. * Acts as a point of contact for and cooperating with financial requests from Pella Corporation. * Responsible for the identification, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures that supports total customer satisfaction, both internally and externally, where applicable in relation to this position. * Enforces Company and Department policies when applicable. * Confers with other Managers to coordinate activities of individual departments.
