You will perform a variety of professional duties, including managing customer engagements through the implementation process, coordinating internal resources, and working closely with EVault sales personnel.Imagine Yourself: Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously utilizing both internal and client resources Developing Statement of Work (SOWs) and other project documents based on feedback from sales, presales, and customers Cultivating an ongoing relationship with client representatives and achieving status as a trusted business partner Acting as the customer's advocate through the EVault implementation process Defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, and timing deliverables What We're Looking For: Minimum 1-5 years experience BA/BS Degree from an accredited 4 year school strongly preferred Strong customer relationship skills.
