Job Description:

The Project Director will be the project lead responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of activities to ensure goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within defined time frames and budget. Primary emphasis will be on the development and implementation process for surgery centers, hospitals, and medical office buildings. This position is also responsible for the following: Establishes work plan including timeline, budget and deliverables for each phase of project; communicates to involved parties. Leads and monitors the project from initiation through delivery and ensures project progresses on schedule and within budget. Matrix and relationship management of process partners and vendors. Prepares project reports for management and clients; provides timely status updates on milestones and open issues. Identifies problems and jeopardy issues including assessment of impact to project timeline; drives issue to resolution in a timely manner including escalation as appropriate. Minimum 5 years project management experience within construction industry with preference for specific experience in medical development.
