Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple initiatives and projects of medium to high complexity from initiation through execution, closing, and assessment of project effectiveness. This position must partner with project teams to understand current and future business requirements, and assess existing IT infrastructure, business practices and business objectives to identify gaps and opportunities. The Project Manager is accountable for project management of multiple initiatives, including post go-live support during stabilization of the solution. This position will also be accountable for managing with a consistent Project Management methodology in adherence to standards. Minimum Requirements: BS/BA in Business, Computer Science or related field, or 5 or more years of experience participating on projects with increasing levels of responsibility for successful project delivery 1-3 years of in-depth experience and successful delivery of project objectives leveraging the 5 PMI project management process groups - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control, & Closing Demonstration of the effective use of interpersonal and relational management skills.
